About the Role

This role is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic industry, handling payroll, accounts, and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities. They will be responsible for processing payments, maintaining employee records, and performing various accounting duties.

We are looking for someone with strong technical skills, particularly in Excel and accounting software. Experience in the shipping industry is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process payroll, including CPF and staff claims.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and leave tracking.
  3. Manage payments, such as salaries and reimbursements.
  4. Perform daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoices, and bank matters.
  5. Assist with month-end closing and reports.
  6. Ensure proper filing of documents.
Requirements
  • Higher Nitec qualification or above, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
  • Experience in the shipping industry is a plus.
