**[What the role is]**
The incumbent is required to have an in-depth understanding and working experience in the day-to-day operations of Payroll functions which includes managing payroll journals, payroll system interfaces, reconciling payroll reports, reviewing payroll accounts schedules, following up on clearing payroll suspense accounts, managing yearly tax submission, and preparing financial closing accrual listing. The incumbent will review and implement policies and processes including system enhancements, to improve the efficiency and workflow. In addition, he/she may be required to perform day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable functions which includes processing and checking of invoices, preparing accounts schedules and reporting.

- Degree in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications
- Possess strong thinking and analysis skills, self-motivated and resourceful
- A good communicator and team player
- Strong time management, planning and organisation skills
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience in Workday is preferrable
