HVAC Systems Specialist

A senior-level role requiring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work independently or supervise junior technicians when required.
- This position involves performing regular preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
- The ideal candidate will diagnose and repair issues in air conditioning units, chillers, VRV/VRF systems, split units, and centralized HVAC systems.
- Key responsibilities include installing new air conditioning systems, ensuring proper configuration and safety compliance, supervising junior technicians, maintaining records of maintenance and repair work, monitoring system performance, suggesting efficiency improvements, and ensuring compliance with company and industry safety standards and protocols.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven experience as an HVAC technician, with at least 10+ years in air conditioning maintenance and repair, vocational or technical certification in HVAC systems, strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, good communication skills and customer service orientation, and a valid driver's license (if required for field work).
