Job Title: HVAC Systems Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your primary objective will be to ensure that these systems operate efficiently and effectively, while also identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.

Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled and experienced HVAC engineer who can work independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you will have experience working with chiller systems, ACMV & HVAC systems, and managing projects, claims, and sub-contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Manage projects, claims, and sub-contracts
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in chiller systems and ACMV & HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work odd hours if necessary
