Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and technical support.
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key clients and prospective customers.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:
  • Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Sales & Marketing).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales industry, preferably in a Key Account Manager or Technical Sales role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key client relationships.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
