Job Title

A Business Development Specialist is needed to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives.

A motivated individual will be responsible for developing, planning, executing, tracking, budgeting, managing and coordinating all aspects of a company's marketing efforts. This includes conceptualizing, researching, writing and designing content for various platforms and mediums, such as social media, email campaigns, websites, and advertising materials.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize marketing strategies, resources and budgets.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
  • Mentor and guide the marketing team to ensure professional development and high-quality work.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and web analytics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
