About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of processes suitable for technology transfer to our cGMP manufacturing teams. As a Cell Culture Process Developer, you will perform hands-on laboratory work, contributing to process validation and characterization activities, and deliver high-quality communication to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform hands-on laboratory work in the cell line and upstream process development team, contributing to the development of processes suitable for technology transfer to the cGMP manufacturing teams.* Contribute to process validation / characterization activities by performing supporting laboratory scale studies, employing DOE methodologies.* Interpret analytical data provided by the analytical team to define subsequent steps.* Deliver high quality communication to ensure an outstanding customer experience (written reports, telecons, face to face meetings).* Working as part of a site and global project team, co-ordinate multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of project work stages. Supervision of small project teams may also be required.* Cell Culture process include: Cell Line Development (routine cell culture, FACS); Process Development (ambr15 miniaturized bioreactors, 10L laboratory scale bioreactors); Process Characterization (ambr250 miniaturized bioreactors, 10L laboratory scale bioreactors)

Requirements
* A strong background in cell culture and process development.* Experience with ambr15 and ambr250 miniaturized bioreactors, and 10L laboratory scale bioreactors.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
