Job Description: Senior Lab Technologist (Protein Expression/Purification)You will perform a wide range of technical and analytical tasks in our state-of-the-art laboratory, maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Performing technical and analytical tasks in our state-of-the-art laboratory.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory equipment.
- Documenting procedures, protocols, and findings in a detailed and organized manner.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Providing training and mentorship to junior lab technicians.
- Ensuring strict adherence to all laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for resuscitation, passage, transfection, culture, and other experiments of mammalian cells such as HEK293 and CHO.
- Perform cell culture experiments, data analysis, and documentation of the results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purification of mammalian recombinant antibody and protein by affinity chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, size exclusion chromatography, and other methods.
- Formulate appropriate purification scheme according to order requirements.
- Responsible for filling-in and verifying records related to purification experiment.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficient in the use of various laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accurate and precise work.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- A degree in a relevant scientific discipline, such as life sciences, chemistry, or biotechnology.
