**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform various cell culture and cell biology experiments.
- Work with both primary cells and cell lines to identify and develop new products and new concepts.
- Work as a team with the project managers and scientists to bring ideas to reality while following the procedures and SOPs in place.
- Evaluate data and present results to the team and to various stakeholders and collaborators.
- Participation to the laboratory management duties such as procurement, inventory management and coordination of equipment maintenance.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture, with the ability to quickly adapt to different types of cell culture and processes (adherent, suspension, bioreactor).
- Design of Experiment (DoE) knowledge is needed, as well as knowledge of cell culture ingredients and their role in media formulation.
- Knowledge of cell therapy (such as stem cell culture, CAR-T cells) and scale-up of processes is an advantage.
- Can work in teams and individually while communicating clearly at different levels
