Biz Dev and Sales Leader
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, sales, and marketing initiatives.
They will source and engage reliable suppliers and vendors, oversee the delivery of goods and services, and perform risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
Additionally, they will control procurement budgets, track shipments, inventory, and supply chain activities, and develop and implement sales strategies to capture key demographics and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute sales plans to capitalize on new opportunities and expand market share.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design promotional materials, including brochures, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products or services and drive brand awareness.
- Pursue strategic partnerships and networking opportunities to identify new business leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of market research, forecasting, and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
