Job Description: Sales & Business Development Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and be able to extend the business with existing clients and win new clients. The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in generating leads through the execution of data-driven digital marketing initiatives and impactful client pitches.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the organization's customer base in Singapore and ASEAN region.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and prospecting activities.
  3. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients by establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.
  4. Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand customer requirements and tailor technology solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of technology solutions to clients.
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new market opportunities and drive innovation.
  7. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business partnerships.
  8. Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  9. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities, revenue forecasts, and market insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Higher diploma in marketing, computer science, analytics, media, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or platforms, preferably in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with web analytics and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
