About the Role:

As a Sales and Event Experience Manager at The Fun Empire Pte. Ltd., you will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through event planning and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication to meet their expectations.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation, creating tailored proposals and quotations to secure sales and revenue growth.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver successful events that meet or exceed client expectations, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Proposal Writing and Presentation: Craft high-quality proposals and presentations to effectively communicate value propositions and win new business, leveraging your excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Closing Deals and Securing Revenue: Work closely with clients to negotiate and close deals, ensuring timely payment and delivery of services, while maintaining strong relationships and identifying future growth opportunities.
  • Mentorship and Team Collaboration: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Sales Performance and Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach to achieving revenue growth and contributing to the company's overall success.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate sales, events, or hospitality sales, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Skillset: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Total Salary Compensation: SGD 3000 - SGD 4500 per month (Basic Salary) + Uncapped Sales Commission.
  • Basic Salary Range: SGD 3000 - SGD 4500 per month depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Sales Commission and Incentives: Earn an average of SGD 4000 - SGD 5000 OTE (On Target Earnings) per month, with uncapped commissions for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
