About Our Aviation Development Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead business development in the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities for airframe and engine trading, as well as developing strategic relationships with existing and prospective customers.

You will work closely with our sales team to drive revenue growth and expand our services across the aviation sector. Your expertise in market research, negotiation, and relationship-building will be invaluable in this role.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Developing customer insights to create tailored value propositions for the Asia Pacific market
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to build external relationships and accelerate company growth
  • Supporting asset acquisition opportunities through origination and trading
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships at all levels, negotiating individual component sales and long-term contracts

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of experience in airline, OEM, or MRO sales environments
  • Proven business development experience within the aviation sector, with a focus on airframe components and used serviceable materials
  • Strong understanding of the aviation sector, particularly airframe components, engine leasing, MRO services, and asset acquisitions
  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue through strategic marketing, effective negotiation, and closing deals
  • Proficient in conducting comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the Asia Pacific region
