Job Title: Retail Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Retail Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail stores. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and make a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor product expiry and manage discount policies to optimize sales revenue.
  • Oversee stock levels, coordinate orders with suppliers, and ensure efficient warehouse operations.
  • Plan and execute local vendor and internal promotions to drive customer engagement.
  • Delegate tasks, manage priorities, and lead store operations to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Train new Sales Associates, equipping them with the skills for success and career growth.
  • Collaborate with artists to enhance product presentation and create compelling descriptions.
  • Inspect deliveries, ensuring quality and compliance with store standards.
  • Support operations across departments to ensure smooth store-wide functionality.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
