About the Role:

This is a dynamic and challenging role that involves overseeing day-to-day store operations. The Store Operations Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of all store activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate and supervise day-to-day store operations in conjunction with the store team.
  2. Work alongside other store managers, dispatchers, and drivers to maintain efficient operations.
  3. Ensure timely delivery of goods and services by monitoring driver performance.
  4. Learn and familiarize oneself with the transport management system.
  5. Assign and optimize routes for drivers to minimize travel time.
  6. Manage task allocation for dispatchers and monitor their execution.
  7. Fill in dispatcher roles as needed, including scanning QR codes, collecting totes, and loading goods onto vans.
  8. Monitor and verify that each driver loads all goods before leaving for delivery.
  9. Ensure failed deliveries are returned to the designated person at the store.
  10. Communicate effectively with other store managers and personnel through dedicated communication platforms.
  11. Maintain accurate records of job results by coaching, planning, and appraising performance.
