Store Operations Manager Job Description

The Store Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of stores on food delivery platforms. This includes product updates, inventory management, price adjustments, and maintaining accurate and compliant store information.

This role involves managing order and complaint handling processes, including monitoring order status, coordinating meal preparation and delivery processes, receiving and addressing user complaints, analyzing root causes, and collaborating with stores to optimize operations.

Data analysis and optimization are also key responsibilities, including regularly analyzing core store metrics, identifying operational weaknesses, generating data reports, and developing targeted optimization strategies to drive store performance growth.

To ensure platform rule compliance, this role requires staying updated on the latest platform rules, liaising with platform operational staff to secure high-quality traffic resources, and increasing store exposure and traffic.
