Job Title: Store Performance Manager

As a Store Performance Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in your retail store.

You will lead a team of Sales Representatives and Retail Store Clerks in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and promoting products effectively.

Your key objectives will include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing inventory levels, and optimizing store operations to meet sales goals.

You will also be responsible for hiring, training, and cross-training employees to ensure adequate personnel to provide outstanding customer service.

Maintaining a clean and presentable store environment is essential, as well as managing controllable costs to maintain profitability.

A successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate teams, and effective communication skills to work closely with suppliers and colleagues.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze data, identify trends, and develop action plans to improve store performance.
