Retail Operations Executive

As a Store Performance Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of retail stores across all locations.

Your key objectives will include managing daily operations to ensure seamless store performance and maintaining high standards for customer experience, safety, and cleanliness.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and address discrepancies according to company policy.
  • Uniform and Packaging Orders: Consolidate and submit uniform and packaging orders to headquarters and manage their distribution to stores.
  • Vendor Management: Source, validate, and onboard external vendors for store services and approve contracts and invoices.
  • Hospitality Kits and CRM: Coordinate ordering and replenishment of hospitality kits and manage alignment with CRM requirements.
  • Store Rosters: Collect, review, and consolidate monthly store rosters ensuring adherence to attendance policies.

To excel in this role, you will require 3–5 years of experience in retail or related fields, a deep understanding of retail store operations, strong people management skills, and results-driven behavior.
