Job Title: Chief Growth Officer
This is a key business development role that plays a pivotal part in driving success. As a consultative sales expert, the individual is responsible for generating revenue growth and acquiring new business from prospects and customers within a designated area or market.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and develop effective responses to objections.
- Align client objectives with industry-leading solutions.
- Negotiate and close strategic partnerships.
- Provide expertise on best practices and high-level strategies.
- Retail existing customer base and expand through cross/up sell opportunities.
- Sell a broad portfolio of products across various industries.
- Assist customers in maximizing investment returns.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders.
- Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to align goals and refine strategies.
- Identify and generate leads through prospecting and networking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of business-to-business experience with a documented track record of success in areas such as marketing, sales, and strategy.
