Join a Dynamic Team as an NLP Expert

We are seeking a talented Natural Language Processing (NLP) professional to join our team. As an NLP expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning algorithms and statistical models to solve complex business problems.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Python and SQL, with experience in data manipulation and analysis libraries. A proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions and working with Agile development practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to define project objectives and gather business requirements.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis and deliver rapid analytical iterations to refine problem statements and surface actionable insights.
  • Design and implement suitable machine learning algorithms or statistical models to solve targeted business problems.
  • Interpret and effectively communicate analytical outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Data and ML Engineers to deploy models and algorithms into production environments.
  • Support the development of scalable data science infrastructure, tools, and frameworks to streamline analysis, experimentation, and deployment.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the team's capabilities and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Data Science focusing on NLP/LLM with demonstrated experience of delivering data-driven solutions.
  • Strong experience in Python and SQL on data manipulation and analysis libraries.
  • Proven experience with machine learning frameworks, libraries, and data visualization tools.
  • Proven ability with AWS/Azure services relating to NLP/LLM.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve technical problems.
  • Excellent communicator with ability to present findings and key concepts across to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Independent and proactive team player.
