Job Title: Customer Service Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned customer service professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through seamless and efficient processes.

  • You will oversee all aspects of customer service, ensuring high standards of excellence and support sales and operations teams in achieving their goals.
  • Promote exceptional customer service principles and maintain consistent customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve service-related complaints professionally and manage billing functions, including invoicing and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and transport partners to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Process and monitor customer orders using WMS and manage customer returns and exchanges according to company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with supervisors to implement changes that enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in the freight forwarding or warehousing industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Proficiency in WMS is an added advantage.
