Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level cloud infrastructure solutions in hybrid environments.

Your expertise will be focused on supporting the development, testing, and deployment of cloud-based applications and services, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

  • Create and manage virtualized servers, networks, and storage systems using VMware vSphere and other cloud platforms.
  • Develop and implement patch management systems, including WSUS, SCCM, and VMware Update Manager.
  • Administer Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, File/Print services, DNS, DHCP, Clustering, and RDS.
  • Plan and implement disaster recovery and business continuity solutions, ensuring minimal downtime and data loss.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based infrastructure solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with strong background in architecting, implementing, and managing Windows and VMware environments.
  • Strong technical expertise in Active Directory, ADFS, DFS, SFTP, Windows Server administration, VMware vSphere, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
  • In-depth knowledge of networking and storage concepts from a Windows/Platform perspective.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to interface with customers and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Certifications:
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
  • Microsoft Azure or AWS Solution Architect Certified
