About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries, as well as providing support with sales-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional front-desk service and manage customer interactions
  • Handle customer calls, emails, and in-person enquiries
  • Support sales efforts and address customer queries
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service and administrative duties
  • All disciplines of study, at least 'O' level or equivalent
  • An approachable and friendly personality, with excellent communication skills
Working Hours

Our working hours include:

  • Two weekdays off
  • Weekend availability required
