We are seeking a diligent and independent accounting professional to support our finance team.

Job Description

Koble is an established smart home solutions provider with 7 years of experience in transforming modern homes.

The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping, supplier payments, bank reconciliation, GST submissions, and staff claims.

You'll also support administrative duties, manage inventory, assist in quotations, and liaise with suppliers—particularly Mandarin-speaking vendors—to ensure timely procurement of our smart home products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full set bookkeeping and daily bank reconciliation
  • Prepare and submit GST returns
  • Create supplier payments in DBS Bank (as Maker)
  • Process staff expense claims and generate reports
  • Manage inventory and procurement from suppliers (Mandarin required)
  • Support quotation preparation and general admin duties

Requirements:

  • Holds a diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • Has experience in full set accounts and is proficient in Excel
  • Communicates effectively in both English and Mandarin (written)
  • Is proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
