Smart Home Solutions Expert

Are you passionate about smart home technology and excellent communication skills? We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Project Engineer to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our smart home department, working closely with colleagues to develop and implement new solutions. This includes supporting our lighting consultants by providing expert advice on smart home equipment and installations, programming and setting up smart home products for clients, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying and addressing client issues promptly, offering effective after-sales solutions and turning challenges into opportunities. Additionally, they will develop weekly progress reports and data to inform future improvements and drive business growth, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the expansion of our smart home department.
  • Support our lighting consultants.
  • Program and set up smart home products for clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Identify and address client issues.
  • Develop weekly progress reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Able to travel around Singapore as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to visit construction sites.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant experience in smart home equipment is desirable.
