Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the expansion of our smart home department, working closely with colleagues to develop and implement new solutions.
  • Support our lighting consultants by providing expert advice on smart home equipment and installations.
  • Program and set up smart home products for clients, ensuring seamless and efficient implementations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Identify and address client issues promptly, offering effective after-sales solutions and turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Develop weekly progress reports and data to inform future improvements and drive business growth.
  • Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • Able to travel around Singapore as required, with a valid driver's license preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors, business owners, interior designers, and architects.
  • Ability to visit construction sites to provide expert advice and lighting consultation services.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to project management.
  • 1 year of relevant experience in smart home equipment, although this is not essential.
  • Depending on experience, additional allowances may be available.
  • Candidates with their own vehicle may be eligible for higher vehicle allowances.
  • Two vacancies are currently available.
