Job Description:


As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and configuring smart devices in customers' homes. Your primary objective is to ensure that each customer has a seamless experience with their new smart home technology.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Install Smart Appliances: Install smart devices such as robot vacuum cleaners, cordless vacuums, dishwashers, water purifiers, and smart lighting systems in customers' homes.

  • Train Customers: Provide comprehensive training to customers on how to use their new smart devices effectively.

  • Provide Tech Support: Offer technical support to customers, resolving any issues related to their smart devices, including smartphone app connectivity.

  • Plumbing Knowledge: Utilize basic plumbing skills when installing appliances that require water connections, ensuring compliance with local housing standards.

  • Water Purifier/Dispenser Experience: If you have experience with water purifiers or dispensers, it will be an added advantage in providing exceptional service.

  • Team Player: Collaborate closely with your teammates to ensure every customer has an outstanding experience.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Entry Level Candidates Welcome: We encourage entry-level candidates to apply for this role.

  • Language Skills: Possess a good command of English (both spoken and written) to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.

  • Valid License: Hold a valid Singapore 2B motorbike or 3A car license.

  • Work Schedule: Be able to work a 5.5-day week, Monday to Friday (9am-6pm), and Saturday (9am-1pm).
