Strategic Business Technology Solutions Professional

As a Lead Engineer, you will have the opportunity to develop and design system/data product solutions with the purpose of improving business efficiency and productivity.
This role requires the ability to initiate study and research of client business processes and requirements, information technology requirements, procedures or problems according to business needs.
The feasibility of new systems and/or enhancements to existing systems will also be covered by this opportunity.
- Manage & optimize the performance, availability, and security of application containers hosted on cloud platforms.
- Assess new capabilities and advise stakeholders to optimize their workloads.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate & execute application releases, considering dependencies, timelines & business objectives.
- Identify & manage risks associated with the releases, ensuring that releases are rolled out smoothly & coordinate rollback procedures if necessary.
- Optimize system performance and scalability, ensuring that applications' containers can handle varying workloads and implementing monitoring, incident response & reliability best practices.
- Evaluate, select & integrate services or tools (e.g. AppStream) to enhance the efficiency & security of client services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in IT or any related discipline.
- Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience in AWS cloud.
- Preferably AWS Certified Solution Architect.
- Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Must have a passion for security and strong desire to continuously improve.
