Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with regional teams to develop strategic account plans
  • Support customers by demonstrating the value of technology through live demos and presentations
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including CxO, security, developers, and IT administrators
  • Serve as the key technical advisor for customers, leading the solutioning phase and partnering with internal teams
  • Execute well-defined outcome-focussed POCs
  • Build and manage technical relationships with customers, technology partners, and delivery partners
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience in consulting or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to quickly communicate complex ideas around technical topics
  • Ability to be organized and analytical, eliminating sales obstacles using creative approaches
  • Possess a passion for technology, learning diverse technologies that integrate with and helping solve real-world challenges
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Identity & Access Management, Single Sign-on, Security, and API-based solutions
  • Proficient in either IT Security, Identity and Access Management, or Developer domains
  • Hands-on experience in web development (JavaScript, HTML, frontend frameworks), mobile development (iOS, Android), backend (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby) development, IP-based real-time communications
