Civil Engineer Role

We are seeking a seasoned Civil and Structural Engineer with expertise in office-based roles.

  • This position entails coordinating with various teams to develop detailed designs, including construction, design consultancy, and subcontractor collaboration.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing structural analysis and calculations, as well as creating simple structural calculations for temporary works.
  • Key tasks include planning temporary civil structures, such as traffic diversion plans and shop drawings.
  • Another crucial aspect is reviewing and planning ERSS systems for underground structures.
  • The ideal candidate will also review and rectify structural drawings and shop drawings.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in civil and structural engineering, particularly in LTA projects, is required.
  • Familiarity with traffic diversion procedures, temporary drain diversion, and authority approval processes is necessary.
  • Understanding of underground structure construction sequences and civil design works is also required.
  • Knowledge of Eurocode, LTA CDC, and relevant design specifications and standards is expected.

Preferred qualifications include experience as a CS Engineer (Design) with a D&B contractor side background. Interested applicants should submit their detailed CV and current/expected salary information.
