**Job Description:**

The Structural Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our company's design department. This position is responsible for providing design management services for Group Company's Design Department and other related projects.

  • Provide strategic design management services to support the growth of the company.
  • Review RFP documents, drawings, and assist General Managers in setting up project strategies.
  • Attend regular meetings with Group Company's Design Departments to discuss project progress and provide expert advice.
  • Review and assess design documents, drawings, calculations, and structural models from a structural perspective, ensuring quality and providing feedback.
  • Collaborate with HQ teams on a periodic basis to ensure alignment and address any concerns.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of relevant working experience, preferably as a licensed Structure Engineer.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience managing a team.
  • International design and construction experience, particularly with clients based overseas.
  • Ability to travel frequently, meeting international client expectations.

**Key Competencies:**

  • Strong understanding of structural design principles, drawings, and details.
  • Knowledge of local and international regulations, engineering standards, and LEED/WELL certifications.
  • Proficiency in using structural analysis tools and modeling software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and conflict resolution skills are essential.
