About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Fabrication Engineering Expert to lead our fabrication process.
- Oversight of the fabrication process of structural steelworks, including planning, execution, and quality control.
- Development and implementation of fabrication strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaboration with project managers and engineers to ensure that all projects meet client requirements and specifications.
- Maintenance of accurate records of fabrication processes, materials used, and labor costs.
- Compliance with AWS & BS EN codes for structural steelworks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Structural Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction industry, preferably in structural steelworks fabrication.
- Strong analytical skills, independent work style, sound communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, and AutoCAD.
- Positive attitude, able to work under pressure and long hours.
