Job Description

Master planners play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of architectural works while ensuring compliance with design and regulatory requirements. Their duties include reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical details to highlight any discrepancies for resolution.

They work collaboratively with internal teams and manage documentation related to DAR submissions and approval processes. Additionally, they organize coordination meetings with contractors, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution.

The Master Planner Coordinator is responsible for overseeing site installations, conducting mock-up inspections, and participating in trade demos to guarantee alignment with project standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A diploma in architecture or an equivalent qualification is essential for this role. A minimum of 3 years' experience working with a main contractor, specifically on LTA projects, is also required.

Strong communication and coordination skills are necessary to effectively manage subcontractors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software is highly desirable.
