Digital Ambassador Role
As a Digital Ambassador, you will play a key role in guiding customers through our digital platforms.

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills to assist customers with various queries.

The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist/Guide customers to create ID
  • Assist/Guide customers to download App +
  • Assist to show customers on how to maneuver the App +
  • Assist customers on how to maneuver microsite
  • Assist/Manage customers with Q matic system to issue Q
  • Assist customers with Sim Exchange & Router exchange transaction
  • Assist customers to do Prepaid top ups
  • Assist customers with all other queries when approached by customers

Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Cross-cultural communication skills
  • Good written communication skills
