Job Title: Digital Customer Service Ambassador

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our team as a Digital Customer Service Ambassador. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:
• Support and guide customers in creating their digital identities
• Assist customers in downloading and setting up our mobile app
• Provide guidance on using our app, including changing bill plans and activating eSIMs
• Assist with SIMO CBP requests via the app or microsite
• Help customers navigate and use the microsite effectively
• Manage and assist with the Qmatic system for issuing queue numbers
• Respond to and assist with any other customer queries or concerns

Requirements:
• Minimum N/O/A level qualification
• Ability to commit 11am-8pm/ 12pm-9pm (any 5 days in the week, inclusive of weekend and PH)
