Digital Ambassador

As a **Digital Ambassador** you'd be able to work on and solve many interesting challenges which we are facing, learn new ways of working, and help build delightful high quality products for our customers.

We are looking for an energetic and bubbly individual to showcase our products to educate and ease Trust customers into the digital banking space. The Digital Ambassador will also assist to drive adoption of our digital banking products through key affiliates and partners.

**The Role Responsibility**:

- Deliver great customer experiences in a very active environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.
- Highly skilled at uncovering customer' pain points, then following through with superb customer service.
- Passionate about technology and eager to share that passion with others.
- Educating and helping seniors and/or less digitally savvy customers to understand and adopt digital banking.
- Connecting with customers to develop lifelong relationship with Trust.
- Establish and maintain client and partner relationships for the purpose of generating maximum revenue.
- Identify high-value leads and key potential partners and develop strategies for converting those connections into productive and profitable relationships.

- At least 5 years of experience in a Sales and Distribution or Channel Sales.
- Result oriented and ability to work in fast paced & fluid environment.

- Experience working in fintechs and/or other technology startup.
- Ability and willingness to learn quickly and get up to speed on all aspects of the business.
