Restaurant Service Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of Restaurant Service Manager. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant's front-of-house service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing customers with exceptional care and attention to detail is paramount in this role. Ensure all dishes match the order ticket to the corresponding tables.
  • The successful candidate will operate Point of Sales (POS) Systems when managing beverage orders and maintain accurate records throughout each shift.
  • Awareness of hygiene, safety, and standards is essential; follow the organization's personal, food, and beverage hygiene standards at all times.
  • As part of the opening, operating, and closing of shifts, assist in maintaining daily operational tasks according to staff rosters and schedules.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within your work area and contribute to continuous growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Liaising with Mandarin speaking associates will be advantageous but not required.
  • Candidates with or without relevant experience are welcome; training will be provided for successful applicants.
  • Willingness to work 5.5 days per week and occasionally on Public Holidays and weekends.
