As a Financial Services Relationship Expert, you will maximize new business and referral opportunities by acquiring and deepening client relationships while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients to grow the business
  • Conducting professional and consultative financial analysis to address clients' financial objectives
  • Developing and executing monthly sales plans to exceed sales targets and referrals
  • Organizing and conducting sales presentations for groups, clubs, and associations

Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of financial sales experience as a Relationship Manager in a bank, preferably in priority banking
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Additional certifications in financial advisory or wealth management are a plus
