Job Summary:

The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors, while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the General Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the reception counter, handling walk-in customers, phone calls, and correspondence.
  2. Coordinate the distribution of documents, emails, and parcels, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  3. Book bus transport for staff and reconcile invoices with booking forms.
  4. Provide basic first aid to students and maintain accurate records.
  5. Update student contact information in the system.
  6. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Administration Manager.
Requirements:
  1. Preferably GCE 'O' or 'N' Level with credit in English or equivalent.
  2. Proficient in MS Office and IT systems.
  3. Excellent customer service skills.
  4. At least one year's experience in a similar role.
  5. Valid first aid certification is an advantage.
Working Hours:

Four days a week: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break. One day a week: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break.
