We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at HITCHVA PTE. LTD.
Job Summary:The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors, while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the General Office.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the reception counter, handling walk-in customers, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Coordinate the distribution of documents, emails, and parcels, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Book bus transport for staff and reconcile invoices with booking forms.
- Provide basic first aid to students and maintain accurate records.
- Update student contact information in the system.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Administration Manager.
- Preferably GCE 'O' or 'N' Level with credit in English or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office and IT systems.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- At least one year's experience in a similar role.
- Valid first aid certification is an advantage.
Four days a week: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break. One day a week: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break.
