Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. As a Social Worker, you will work with various client groups across different locations, providing triage and intake services, conducting casework and counselling interventions, planning and conducting group work, engaging in community work, and advocating with systems and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing plans to support clients' needs
  • Providing individual and group counselling sessions to clients
  • Developing and implementing programmes to promote social welfare and community development
