About Our Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Work Associate to join our team.

As a Social Work Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our community-centric initiatives and making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support casework and counseling interventions with expert guidance.
  • Contribute to administrative functions essential to group work processes.
  • Execute group work, community development, and program initiatives.
  • Handle enquiries and manage intakes.
  • Carry out assigned duties by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Polytechnic Diploma in Social Work preferred; other diplomas considered.
  • Excellent organizational skills for supporting social work interventions.
  • Highly proficient in oral and written communication with strength in English.
  • Resourceful collaboration with government agencies for effective solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant policies and schemes impacting clients.
  • Mature and independent with a positive work attitude and teamwork.
