Your key responsibilities will include coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion, and monitoring progress. You will identify and recommend process enhancements to increase efficiency, develop and maintain documentation of project processes and procedures, and provide backup support for processing tasks as needed.

A key aspect of this role is overseeing budgeting processes and optimizing financial planning. You will analyze budget variances and provide actionable insights, create reports and visualizations on key performance indexes (KPI), and develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This role requires excellent communication and organizational abilities, as well as proficiency in MS Office, VBA, Power BI, Python, MS Access, and project management tools. Knowledge in project management methodology such as SCRUM and Agile is also beneficial.
