About the JobWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in managing a range of programs and activities that benefit our alumni community. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with alumni, foster relationships, and provide support where needed.
Key Responsibilities- Program Management: Oversee the development, planning, and execution of alumni programs, events, and initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of professionals responsible for delivering high-quality services to our alumni community.
- Partnership Development: Foster and maintain strong relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and volunteers to enhance the impact of our programs.
- Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep alumni informed about program developments, news, and opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience: A minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management position, preferably in a similar field.
- Strong leadership skills: Ability to motivate and inspire a team, build strong relationships, and drive results.
- Excellent communication skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including alumni, partners, and internal teams.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, set goals, and prioritize tasks effectively.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
