Senior Assistant Manager/Manager, Alumni Relations[LKCMedicine]

Responsibilities:
AlumniEngagement
- Develop and executeengagement strategies to build and maintain strong relationshipswith alumni, including through events, reunions, regionalgatherings, and other initiatives.
- Collaboratewith various departments and stakeholders to create meaningfulopportunities for alumni involvement in university activities,programs, and mentoringinitiatives.
AlumniOutreach and Communication
- Develop andmaintain a comprehensive alumni database, ensuring accurate andup-to-date information for effective communication and relationshipmanagement.
- Collaborate with relevantstakeholders to develop and enhance alumni benefits and services,such as career support, access to university resources, discounts,and networkingopportunities.
VolunteerManagement
- Support and manage alumnivolunteers to support various alumni engagement initiatives,including event planning, mentorship programs, and fundraisingcampaigns.
- Provide ongoing support andrecognition to volunteers, ensuring their continued involvement andcommitment to theuniversity.
Fundraisingand Stewardship
- Collaborate with theAdvancement team to identify and cultivate alumni prospects forphilanthropic giving, supporting fundraising campaigns andinitiatives.
- Work closely with alumni donors toensure proper acknowledgment, recognition, and stewardship of theircontributions.
- Collaborate with the Advancementteam to leverage alumni relationships for fundraisingopportunities, including major gifts, planned giving, andalumni-drivencampaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor'sdegree in a related field. A master's degree ispreferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience inSales and engagement, alumni relations, development, or relatedfields.
- Demonstrated ability to build andmaintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including alumni,volunteers, and donors.
- Strong communicationskills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage andinspire others.
- Experience in event planningand execution.
- Proficiency in databasemanagement and CRM systems.
- Strongorganizational and project management skills, with the ability tomanage multiple priorities and meetdeadlines.
- Knowledge of fundraising principlesand practices.
- Flexibility to work occasionalevenings and weekends as required for alumni events andactivities.
