As a key member of our Global Partner team, you will play a critical role in accelerating the adoption of our solutions by attracting and growing partners who can acquire new customers and make them successful.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the voice of APAC to the Global Partner Program teams, ensuring alignment of overall business goals.
- Collaborate with APAC and Global Partner teams to gather requirements for current and future partner programs and initiatives, including competitive funded programs.
- Own the PowerUp program, program initiatives, localisation, and accelerate engagement of our PowerUp partners.
- Work closely with partner operations and partner enablement to recommend, track, and measure PowerUp requirements, such as certification, assessments, and enablement.
- Assist in efforts to manage and evolve partner agreements and contracting processes, working in close coordination with legal, contract, and partner operations.
- Contribute to localisation that impacts PowerUp program policies, processes, and Rules of Engagement.
- Conduct regular enablement activities for Cloudflare employees on how to work with Channel.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, problem solve, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Highly coordinated and self-driven person with high attention to detail and operational work style.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in the technology sector.
- Minimum 5 years of experience building or operating in multi-type and multi-tier partner programs that include Global System Integrators, Infrastructure providers, Service Providers, ISVs, Technology partners, and/or the broader partner types.
