Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Carpark and Security Administrator to join our team at JLL Asia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering carpark applications, preparing reports, and upkeeping security deployment plans and SOPs. Additionally, you will manage and monitor the overall operations of the security and carpark facility, handle tenant and customer inquiries, and provide information about parking rates, rules, and procedures. About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Carpark and Security Administrator. You will be responsible for administering carpark applications, preparing reports, and upkeeping security deployment plans and SOPs. Additionally, you will manage and monitor the overall operations of the security and carpark facility, handle tenant and customer inquiries, and provide information about parking rates, rules, and procedures. You will also conduct regular inspections and ensure that the carpark and security systems are functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer carpark applications and prepare carpark reports
• Upkeep security deployment plans, SOPs, training guides, and operation manuals
• Manage and monitor the overall operations of the security and carpark facility
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure that the carpark and security systems are functioning properly

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A degree in Building & Real Estate Management or its equivalent with at least 3 years of experience; or a Diploma in Building & Real Estate Management or its equivalent or other relevant professional certification with at least 5 years of experience
• Relevant experience in managing high-rise commercial buildings or mixed developments
• Experience in formulating and implementing SOPs
• Independent with integrity, innovative, proactive, and resourceful
• Good organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
