Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for skilled and motivated Security Analyst and Testing Engineer who has a keen eye for vulnerabilities along with deep understanding of security protocols and systems and able to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Conduct regular penetration tests on internal and external systems, networks, and applications to identify and exploit vulnerabilities.
  • Simulate real-world cyberattacks using tools and methodologies to assess system security and uncover weaknesses.
  • Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, exploitation techniques, and remediation recommendations for management and IT teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging threats, attack strategies, and penetration testing tools.
  • Monitor and analyze network traffic, security events, and system logs using SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools.
  • Respond to security incidents, investigate breaches, and work with IT teams to remediate vulnerabilities and prevent future attacks.
  • Develop and implement proactive measures to enhance system security and protect against known attack vectors.
  • Manage and configure security tools (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, encryption technologies) to safeguard network infrastructure.
  • Enforce security policies and ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Perform security audits on company infrastructure and applications to ensure all systems are secure and follow best practices.
  • Provide security guidance and support to other departments, ensuring secure practices are followed in day-to-day operations.
  • Assess and analyze security risks based on internal data and external threat intelligence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize risk mitigation efforts, ensuring critical vulnerabilities are addressed promptly.
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans, disaster recovery strategies, and business continuity protocols in case of a security breach.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of security assessments, vulnerability reports, and corrective actions taken.
  • Generate security metrics and progress reports for leadership, highlighting improvements in system security and risk reduction efforts.
  • Stay informed on cybersecurity trends, attack methods, and emerging tools by attending industry conferences, obtaining certifications, and participating in training.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and processes that could enhance the organization's overall security posture.
