Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Strategic Communications and Marketing Division as a Manager/Senior Manager, Corporate Marketing and Branding.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building our identity through sound corporate messaging and telling our story across various internal and external touch points.

  • Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain corporate marketing assets such as annual reviews, corporate website, corporate templates, and videos.
  • Partner with other Divisions to create marketing collateral that advances their business objectives.
  • Own and implement content and digital marketing strategies to produce high-quality content for corporate social media channels.
  • Champion brand custodianship by sharing best practices in brand governance and application.
  • Design employer branding campaigns in collaboration with Human Resources & Talent Development colleagues.
  • Provide strategic counsel on internal communications and initiatives to ensure brand consistency.
  • Guide and oversee junior members of the Corporate Marketing and Branding team.

Requirements

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in integrated marketing roles, including corporate branding, brand governance, and employer branding.
  • Minimum of 2 years of people management experience.
  • Related healthcare sector experience is a plus.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to develop and repurpose content.
  • Astute understanding of the power of words in employee engagement and internal communications.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing content with a digital-first mindset.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills in managing stakeholders.
  • Possess great attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Experience in graphic design, videography, or video editing is a plus.
