Job Description:

We are seeking a target-driven Business Development Manager to focus on our growth in the private sector. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in executing our sales strategy and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of our sales strategy across various sectors.
  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities with a focus on the private sector.
  • Source and analyze market data from tender and RFP-related portals.
  • Attend strategic briefings with potential clients.
  • Develop estimations, calculate budgets, and create proposals, statements of work, contracts, and quotations to respond to tenders and RFPs.
  • Conduct persuasive sales pitches to potential clients.
  • Exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients and driving overall sales growth.
  • Establish and expand relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage a CRM database to track leads and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or technology.
  • At least two years of experience working in a B2B sales role within the technology or consulting industry.
  • Demonstrable achievements in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A pleasant personality, strong teamwork skills, and a positive attitude.
  • Effective networking and business development skills.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
