Senior Operations Director

The Senior Operations Director oversees the strategic direction of our culinary operations, ensuring seamless kitchen management and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to drive efficiency and profitability
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and maintain high-quality food service standards
  • Maintain a sanitary environment through regular kitchen checks and oversee staff training programs
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize operational processes
  • Collaborate with outlet managers to achieve productivity goals and implement effective change management
  • Establish key performance indicators to measure team success and ensure accountability
  • Manage multiple outlets, overseeing staff development and implementing systems for efficient operation
  • Set and monitor objectives for stores and departments, driving continuous improvement and excellence
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in the hospitality or food industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful operational strategies
  • Expertise in restaurant management software and MS Office
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to delegate tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on empowering teams and fostering a positive work culture
  • Up-to-date knowledge of food trends, best practices, and regulatory compliance
